Disney Heroes

In every Disney movie, there is knight in shining armor who always saves the day and makes us smile. He's the ones who makes us swoon, squeal, and gush with delight. This is what Larger than Life is all about: to pay homage and express our admiration for the bunch of these mighty men: from Snow White's dwarf acquaintances, to the princesses' prince charmings, to our dear friends from the animal kingdom.

Conceptual Art

David Kawena, a conceptual deviant, has published an artistic series that portrays the Disney Heroes on nothing but their underwear (and a couple of other pieces of clothing and some stuff). They're a very brilliant work of art, and if you're mature enough to handle it, I suggest you go take a look at our heroes in all their muscled glory (and I dare you not to blush). One word: YUM!

Disney Animated Movies

The Walt Disney Company, the second largest entertainment corporation in the world, has been producing and/or distributing numerous animated feature films since the early 1900's. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is famous for being Disney's first ever full-length feature film in 1937. Since then, it has released almost 50 canon films, also known as the Walt Disney Animated Classics, and a lot of other collaborative films (e.g., with Pixar, before its acquisition in 2006). Most films are movie adaptations of books or book series, fairy tales and legends, and a couple of originals.

I've grown up watching Disney movies, with The Little Mermaid being my absolute favorite even now (alongside Mulan and Hercules, that is). Its shift from traditionally animated to computer-animated movies is first seen on Chicken Little.
